LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lola Varma Bridal ABN 54 805 858 624 (“Lola Varma”, “we”, “us” or “our”) including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other personnel are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with the goods sold to you (“goods”).

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We recommend checking to ensure your package is intact when receiving your goods. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (e.g. as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that address) is proof of delivery by Lola Varma and transfer of ownership and risk in the same way.

SIZING / ORDERING

Upon purchase, you acknowledge that the measurements taken and details communicated are correct. If measurements change through the course of the garments being made and alterations are required, costs will incur. If garments are needing to be remade due to a change in measurements, costs will incur.

SHIPPING

Lola Varma ships worldwide. Shipping and postage costs will be determined upon receipt of your order. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only however, all orders have individual delivery times. Lola Varma will not be responsible for late deliveries or any loss suffered or damage incurred as a result of late deliveries.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be customs or import duty, taxes or other charges added to your package by the destination country (see below). You will be responsible for these charges upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian dollars. Non-

Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

Some orders may incur customs or import duty, taxes or other charges. Lola Varma does not have control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as they are based on the laws and regulations of the destination country. All such charges are to be paid by you on delivery of your order. Orders cannot be returned

to sender and Lola Varma will not pay these charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Lola Varma will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

REFUNDS & REPAIRS

The goods are made to your specific order. No refunds are offered. In the case of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for replacement or repair (at our discretion). In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 14 days (21 days for overseas buyers).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lola Varma will not be responsible for any faults or sizing issues in the event the item is altered in any way by any person other than Lola Varma, whether or not the faults or sizing issues existed before or after the alterations. Lola Varma will not be responsible for any faults or defects caused by the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As our goods a made to your specific order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our goods.

DEPOSITS

Please note if deposits are paid they are non-refundable and will not be credited or returned if the booking or service is cancelled.
